Project Management Readiness Assessment (PMRA)

The art and science of project management is extremely important to any organization. In today’s business environment,

the need to work smarter, not harder, has become evident. Project management embodies this theory. With pre-planning

and controls in place over a project life cycle, organizations are better able to manage costs and project accuracy, thereby

pleasing more customers and becoming a more effective organization.

The PMRA has been designed to assess your organization’s readiness for the

implementation of a project management initiative. The results will help you to better identify solutions to the challenges

related to achieving world class project management excellence. By gauging the company’s existing organizational structure,

culture and competencies, the best approach to implementing this initiative and building support for it can be established.

This assessment should be administered to representatives from the project manager level up within the company and/or

division that will interact with the initiative.

Upon completion of this assessment, we will analyze the data with you and customize solutions to close the gaps identified.

This assessment will render high level output and interaction will be necessary to hone the recommendations. This process

will enable us to better fit solutions and ultimately lead to higher levels of customer satisfaction. Each report is reviewed by an AMS Consultant prior to return, ensuring that the practical aspects of leadership have also been taken into consideration.

The assessment is web based and can be completed within 20 minutes.
