Overview
In most organizations today, the use of analytical techniques is recognized as a significant factor in improving efficiency and effectiveness.  Frequently, Business Analysts are called upon to gather data and assist in the analysis being performed, to solve organizational problems, cite and suggest areas for improvement, and make recommendations to increase overall effectiveness and efficiency. 

This workshop provides detailed knowledge of a variety of techniques, methodologies, and considerations appropriate for the organizational requirements, processes and best practices required to achieve excellence within the BA function.
