Overview
Business Analysis focuses on the ability to analyze business needs and
opportunities and provide solutions in order to deliver intended
business outcomes. This hands-on workshop brings the participant through
a case based scenario and a series of team exercises that allows them to
work on a project that follows the IIBA Business Analysis process steps
that have proven to enable the organization to achieve its strategic
goals. Participants will also be exposed to tools and techniques needed
to improve their effectiveness within the Business Analysis role. This
scenario based workshop is lead by executive level practitioners with
over 20 years of experience working as a Business Analyst with many best
practices that they can share with the participants.
