Overview
A business case is the best way to
communicate strategic, operational and/or tactical ideas and concepts to
your organizations decision makers and stakeholders. This program
is designed to provide a best practice methodology for building solid
business cases and making successful presentations that result in sign
off. Participants will learn and practice techniques that will
result in the validation of the proposed effort as well as the skills to
present the case effectively. Templates and guidelines will be
presented in a workshop format, allowing participants to leave the
program with tangible drafts that are relevant to their own work.
Additionally, the writing styles, presentation styles and image guides
necessary to round out the package will be discussed and practiced to
further refine the end product.

This
course is highly interactive and adaptive to participant’s interests and
needs. An experiential and adult learning approach is used and coupled
with individual and team exercises. A Case-Based Scenario and Podcast
can be offered as pre-work to this workshop.
