Overview
AMS deploys leadership solutions based on customized industry and experiential best practice.  Our holistic approach to creating business solutions will render high value ROI, continuity and embedded value.

The Leadership Attribute Index represents a three dimensional model taking into consideration core competency, behavioral norms and intelligence quotients and supports our Globalization Framework.  The model has been built on two decades of working in the leadership space across global organizations of various sizes and industries.  The three dimensions are continuous across cultures, yet weighted based on situational and cultural variables, thus allowing us to promote one standard within organizations while customizing the fit by LOB, industry vertical, and job function.

Global Leadership Attribute Index

This model is validated and brought to life by using front end assessment tools and organizational needs analysis.  Absent of the ability to ascertain that level of input from the target organization a less customized fit can be arranged by leveraging an inventory of best practice and cultural norms.

AMS can help your organization by customizing assessments to analyze operational gaps, provide consultation to develop world class best practice or define incremental solutions to help drive greater productivity and establish the baseline for the change caused from moving global markets.
