Overview
In today’s rapidly changing business environment, organization’s are adapting to a more global marketplace integrating cultures, processes and people through productive, yet, aggressive change programs. The highest impact point in many of these scenarios is on the individual contributors who have become part of the organization’s DNA. This program will offer a scenario based guide for individual’s who are currently in the midst of reengineering, reorganization, and/or globalization initiatives which are impacting the environment within which security was once found. Participant’s will be provided a toolbox of personal strategies to help them thrive on the positive aspects of these change initiatives and taught how to use it by senior level instructors/consultants who have been part of such initiatives from various perspectives, thus offering experiential guidance throughout the facilitation.
