Overview
This
session focuses on the critical decisions, strategic thinking and
personnel issues that are driven by “Real World Ethics.” In today’s
ever changing business environment it is critical that we embrace an
elevated level of accountability to making the “right” business
decisions.
Corporate governance, legalities, diversity, globalization and the
economic downturn all play into our daily decision making criteria.
How we interact and in turn respond to these areas of business activity
is guided by the foundation of our ethics model. Learning how to
identify and stay committed to this model is imperative to good
leadership and ultimately the sustainability of our organizations and
set of personal standards. Ethics codes, policy and enforcement do
not result in ethical outcomes without the personal attachment of our
behaviors and morals.
The
program explores the personal aspects of ethics driven accountability by
back-dropping real world examples of risk mitigation, problem
resolution, strategic planning, critical decision making and human
resource intervention. Learn what it takes to design and model an
ethically driven workforce through leadership.
Whether you lead a team, organization or just want to improve your
personal understanding of ethical decision making you will benefit from
this session.
