Overview
This program targets the professional who is responsible for project
based work yet does not have the title of Project Manager. In many
fast passed work environments, professionals are being called upon to
manage schedules and tasks without the training or tools to do it
effectively. This workshop will provide an overview of the
concepts of PM and will provide fundamental skills and tools which can
be deployed to mange project work without having a complete PM support
infrastructure. Upon completing this program, participants will be
able to scope, estimate and schedule project based work.
After completion of this workshop, participants will

tools to create a work flow

to apply to various size projects

Define projects and how they differentiate from
