Overview
AMS deploys solutions based
on customized industry and experiential best practice.
Our team of executive level consultants will
work with your organization to craft the best implementation of any
service, solution suite and correlating best practice.
This holistic approach to creating business
solutions will render high value ROI, continuity and embedded value.
The following list represents our best practice model
for engaging in a T3 engagement.
-
Identify the program and confirm that it is T3
applicable. For example, there may be accreditation aspects
like IIBA or PMI that will not allow the awarding of PDU’s etc.,
unless a registered education provider delivers the course.
There may also be content that does not fit the model because a
large part of the program is specific to an instructor profile or
experience etc. If we determine that these criteria are not
problematic then we go ahead and approve the T3 model.
-
Assuming we have moved beyond item #1, we
establish that the materials are solid enough and designed to stand
on their own. This is assessed by the inclusion of a timed
instructor guide, clear branding and supporting materials.
-
Assuming we have moved past item #2, we provide
the following model:
-
We train with the client observing.
-
We co-facilitate with the client as a
co-trainer.
-
We observe the client training.
-
We debrief with the client and certify them
for the program.
-
Assumptions:
-
The program materials are static and any
changes will result in “re-fresher” T3 sessions.
-
The training certification cannot be
internalized by the client.
-
Our branding and copyright will not be
removed from the program.
-
Delivery format will not be modified.
-
Materials will not be modified.
-
Cost:
-
Daily fees align with standard facilitation
pricing.
-
Materials licensing fees apply to the
on-going materials and are calculated based on duration.
-
Materials fees should be flexible to
electronic download and available via an FTP site.
AMS can customize any best practice to fit your
organizational needs.
